i can't believe i actually stop blogging..when i used to blog every single day back then.
well its winter term now
and there are no technique classes in APA for us
we are doing musical this term!
so there is musical theatre dance in the morning (which kinda kills)
then chorus after that
and acting to end the day.
and our class is working on doing something from the "westside story"
haha i'm kind of looking forward to doing something like this..especially with my class
my left thigh is aching like crazy cos of the duet thing that we learn today but ahh i'll get over it soon.
the weather is getting cold here, haha i'm glad i'm going back to Singapore for chinese new year, which is supposedly the coldest period here.
i miss Singapore, and although i've been back for christmas, it doesn't feel like i've been back.
i miss my bed so much and my home.
hahha partly because half of my holidays were spent in Malaysia and i only had one week in Singapore, but better than nothing i guess.
and i ate my you4 mian4 gan1 at the xinmin coffee shop! yaye.
okay but actually i miss home cooked food the most.
the next time i go back, i wanna spend more time at home and not go out so much, cos i really miss being at home.
haha easier said than done.
soooo..........
for musical theatre dance we are basically doing jazz
and on the first day, i was like dying from the sit-ups..i'm so weak lah omg.
haha but the combinations and everything that we've learnt are quite fun.
and working together with everyone to produce something is something that i really like to do, who knows after winter term i'll miss doing this with my class, so i should really cherish everything now.
and for chorus, we are basically learning songs..haha its a first time for me in a chorus class so everything is kinda new for me, but the singing is enjoyable so i'm fine (:
acting is fun with lots of games, more like a playing class to me haha.
but there's lots to learn from those games too.
oh and my teacher went to Singapore to study for two years to study at the United World College, so its so cool that she knows Singapore.
have been ending early everyday, around 4.45pm
the earliest since i'm come to APA, cos usually there are electives until 7pm and i'll be so tired by then.
but the schedule now is fine, i don't feel tired or whatever, maybe just a little bit or aches here and there.
and i'm still so uncertain about what electives i wanna take next semester.
i hope Elizabeth comes and audition soon.
