yes people makes mistakes
and its okay to make mistakes during practise
because that's where you learn.
and you will know not to do it on stage.
thats why, all the more we must practise.
dance yesterday was extremly disappointing,
and we can tell.
from laoshi's expression.
it gets really serious when we come to a stage where laoshi is disappointed.
but nevertheless,
she said today,
that she have confidence in us.
that's good
but ultimately,
it is all up to us on that day.
you can't expect laoshi to be standing there
shouting " ti2 qi3 !", "yan2 shen1 !"
and no matter how lousy we did yesterday and today
i choose to believe that we will shine on stage next monday!
we can, and we will.
xinmin secondary chinese dance will stand out.
we will be the best
i just want you guys to know,
when you make a mistake during practise.
dont harp on it.
instead, try to improve.
and i totally know the feeling when you make a mistake,
and laoshi don't scold you.
you feel worse.
because you know you ought to get a scolding.
but when laoshi just keep quiet and act as if nothing happened when its super obvious that you did something wrong,
you just feel so....guilty...and disappointed in yourself.
because i felt that before.
and you really wished she scolded you.
because you don't want her to give up hope on you.
and i hope the next time when laoshi ask us,
if we have confidence in ourselves,
everyone will smile proudly and say "YES! "
thats the attitude we should have.
i know the expectations that we have to live up to,
the pressure from everyone
but...we've worked so hard!
don't ever EVER let it go down the drain!
these few days is going to be tough,
so hang in there!
we'll always be here for each other,
and we'll be working hard together!
doesn't that make everything much better?
i hope,
when laoshi sees us for the next few practise,
we are going to move her,
touch her heart,
until she crys
then, we have made it.
just do your best!
we have gone through SO SO much.
dont be afraid to show your feelings onstage,
because thats when we show everyone how good we are.
gold with honours is possible!
